2. What type of personal information we collect and for what purpose

5. When will we delete your personal information

Information collected about your use of the Websites will be deleted at the latest when you have not visited the Website for more than 36 months.

Information collected in connection with your communication with us, your queries and request for information is deleted when they are no longer needed for that person treatment.

Information collected will, as a rule, be deleted 5 years after the end of the calendar year in which the agreement has been concluded. However, the information will be stored for a longer period, (i) if we have a legitimate interest in retaining the information for a longer period, (ii) if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, enforced or defended, or (iii) or if the retention is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements. Accounting material is kept for 5 years until the end of a financial year, in order to fulfill the requirements of the Accounting Act.

Information collected in connection with your newsletter sign-up is deleted when yours consent to the newsletter is withdrawn. However, the information can be stored for a longer period if we have a legitimate need for longer storage.

Information collected in connection with your participation in research and development application or project will, as a rule, be deleted 6 years after the end of the project. If the project application is not granted, the information collected will be deleted 3 years after the project application was rejected.

Application for positions with us will be deleted within 12 months of receipt.

5. Changes to the Privacy and Cookies Policy

If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, the new version of the Privacy Policy will be available on the web pages.
